Anxious child looking overwhelmed

We hear a lot about the fight, flight, freeze response that gets activated in your child's brain during moments of anxiety or stress, but what exactly is it and how do we recognise it in our own child?

In this week's video, I'll be delving into the fight, flight, or freeze response in depth and answering these questions for you.

Why? Because gaining a deeper understanding of how this response works—and recognising whether your child tends to react as a fighter, flier, or freezer—can be incredibly valuable. This insight will empower you to better support your child in managing these overwhelming feelings.

Alongside this, I'll be sharing a couple of practical strategies to help your child cope with their fight, flight, or freeze response.

Warmest wishes
