Childhood Anxiety - Part 1 - How To Spot The Signs

Girl looking worried and anxious
Welcome to the first part of a mini-series of posts on the subject of childhood anxiety, which is the number one issue that parents contact me about.

Anxiety disorders are one of the most common disorders seen by professionals like me, affecting between 5-19% of children and teenagers.

In today's video I share all the signs children give us that they are struggling with anxiety, many of which are easy to spot, but some are less obvious or even look like something else entirely (for example children who express a lot of anger, or try to control others, or even please others all the time may all have underlying anxiety).
I hope you find the video helpful.
Warmest wishes
