Have you ever wondered what might be going on in the mind of your anxious child?

In this week's video I'm sharing the five most common things anxious children have shared with me during their therapy sessions over the years, when I have been helping them explore their feelings about their anxiety.

It's very common for children and young people to share feelings like guilt, shame and frustration when they talk about how being anxious impacts their lives. They often feel misunderstood and judged by the adults around them . . . teachers, relatives, and sometimes even parents.

I hope the video offers useful insights.

Warmest wishes
